Refund Policy

Because every item is printed to order just for you, all sales are final. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Product images on this site are digital mockups and fit can vary by garment. Please check the size chart before ordering; if you are between sizes, email LKMadeCo@gmail.com and we will help you choose. We are not able to exchange made-to-order items for size.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the mockup you approved, we will make it right. Email LKMadeCo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or pickup with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will reprint it or refund you in full, your choice.

If we are unable to produce an item you ordered (for example, a garment color becomes unavailable), we will contact you to choose a substitute or cancel for a full refund.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Orders paid by cash, check or Venmo are refunded by Venmo or check.

Cancellations: because production starts as soon as payment is received, we cannot cancel an order once it has gone into production. Email us right away if you need to change or cancel an order and we will do our best.
